All appointments have a 10 minute grace period, after 10 mins the appointment will be a “no-show”. Any no-shows or late cancellations within 48hrs & less of the appointment time will result in loss of deposit. Deposits are non refundable. They are transferable if you need to reschedule before the 48hr mark. Only 1 reschedule within the same month allowed per deposit.
